PAUWES played host to an AU delegation

PAUWES played host to a delegation from the African Union including directors of various PAU Insitute and the special commissioner for Human Resource, Science and Technology H.E. Prof. Sarah ANYANG AGBOR. She was accompanied by Prof Mathew Abatan, Director of the Pan African University Institute of Life and Earth Sciences at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. Prof Gabriel Magoma, Director of the Pan African University Institute of Basic Sciences, Technology, and Innovation (PAUSTI). Prof Ntuda Ebode, Director of the Pan African UniversitMrnstitute of Governance, Humanities and Social Science (PAUGHSS) and Prof. Kassa BELAY acting deputy Rector of PAU.

Other dignitaries included Prof. Mr. Pierre Dominique Nzinzi and Mrs. Ella Schieber, Resident Director of the GIZ Office in Algeria.

The delegation is in PAUWES to witness the 3rd graduation ceremony to be held tomorrow at the University of Tlemcen.

Today’s visit was for the delegation to be abreast with the state of affairs and activities in PAUWES and to as well inspect a poster session by our graduating students

Various student clubs in PAUWES including Jua Jamii, Climate Club, Entrepreneurship Club, and CoP also had the opportunity to present their activities to the delegation
