The official launching of the Pan African Virtual and E-University (PAVEU) is scheduled on 20 December 2019, at the Yaounde Conference Hall in Cameroon.
In prelude to this launching, a Call for applications to the Pan African Virtual and E-University for the 2019-2020 academic year has been launched in order to provide quality distance education to the African youth anywhere and anytime.
