 Winning the fight against COVID-19: Perspectives from African Women Scientists

COVID-19 pandemic currently wor­sens Africa’s huge health (both in­fectious and non-communicable conditions), economic, humanita­rian, and technological challenges. African women and children are the most vulnerable globally.

This event, first among the series of  this webinar, which is planned to be held bi-monthly, is focused on a holistic view of the con­tribution of women in fighting the Covid-19 pandemic. Wo­men generally have proven to be game changers, trailblazers, Innovators and great scientists.
