During the Q&A session, Primrose Vurayai, an Energy Engineering student and member of the 8th cohort at PAUWES, marked the occasion by asking H.E Ambassador Aubin a poignant question. Expressing her admiration for the Ambassador’s inspiring leadership, Primrose asked for advice on becoming a strong, powerful, and phenomenal woman like her. In response, Her Excellency Ambassador Aubin offered some sage words of wisdom, encouraging Primrose and other young African women to follow their passions, stay true to themselves, and be courageous in the face of adversity.
On this International Women’s Day, we are reminded of the incredible strength and resilience of women in Africa and beyond who have overcome immense challenges to create positive change in their communities.
Let us continue to celebrate the achievements of women everywhere, and work towards a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
