Full Name: Pr. Samir B. Maliki
Biography: Pr. Samir B. Maliki has joined the Faculty of Economics and Management at University of Tlemcen (Algeria) as Assistant Professor of Economics in 2002. He also served in academic position as Deputy Director of Tlemcen School of Management (2010-2015).
Maliki completed his PhD at Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines University in France, his Magister degree at University of Tlemcen (Algeria) and his undergraduate studies at the same university. Maliki’s research interests lie in the areas of Applied Economics, Water Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Economic Development in MENA region.
He was Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Evry, France and participate in the ERASMUS+ Program Teaching at Lublin University of Technology, Poland.
Currently, Pr.Maliki, is the Director of doctoral program on Economic Engineering and Enterprise at Tlemcen University, and also Head team research (Economic Engineering, Environment and Management of Enterprises) at Mecas laboratory in the same University.
Pr.Maliki has served also as member and Chair of a number of International conferences. He is an Economic Research Forum Fellow (Cairo, Egypt), a member of the American Economic Association, and the Middle East Economic Association, and Africalics network. He published several papers in international scientific reviews and currently member of editorial boards of tree Scopus International journals.
Professor Maliki was a Consultant of several national and International projects (ILO, European Union, Algerian Ministry of Higher Education, Algerian Ministry of Interior, Algerian Agency of Technological Development).
